The Cadboro Bay Village Business Improvement Association (BIA) is a registered not-for-profit organization to promote the area's full range of unique shops and services. The BIA aims to foster a sense of community through cultural events for local residents and visitors alike. The BIA also endeavours to facilitate visible improvements to increase the safety and beauty of the village, enhancing the community for both customers and residents.

Where is Cadboro Bay Village?

Cadboro Bay Village is located near Gyro Park on the scenic shores of southern Vancouver Island, a short 10 minute drive from downtown Victoria, B.C., Canada. From downtown Victoria, go east on Fort Street, which turns into Cadboro Bay Road at Foul Bay Road. Continue along Cadboro Bay Road past the Uplands Golf Course and into the heart of Cadboro Bay Village between Sinclair Road and Penrhyn Street. From the Westshore, Sidney, and University of Victoria, take McKenzie to Sinclair.

The Cadboro Bay Hotel located on the eastern edge of Cadboro Bay beach was open from 1920 to 1931 and offered accommodations at four dollars per day for room and board.
