The BIA aims to foster a sense of community through cultural events for local residents and visitors alike. Where is Cadboro Bay Village?Cadboro Bay Village is located near Gyro Park on the scenic shores of southern Vancouver Island, a short 10 minute drive from downtown Victoria, B.C., Canada. From downtown Victoria, go east on Fort Street, which turns into Cadboro Bay Road at Foul Bay Road. Continue along Cadboro Bay Road past the Uplands Golf Course and into the heart of Cadboro Bay Village between Sinclair Road and Penrhyn Street. From the Westshore, Sidney, and University of Victoria, take McKenzie to Sinclair.
